The Cebu IT-BPM Organization (CIB.O) successfully launched the much-anticipated CIB.O Volleyball League 2025: All IT-BPM Conference on February 1, 2025, at the SWU Coliseum. The event marked the beginning of an exciting season aimed at fostering industry collaboration, building a strong sense of community, and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among IT-BPM professionals in Cebu.
With a record-breaking participation of 35 teams from 24 IT-BPM companies competing in both the Men’s and Women’s Divisions, the league has become a cornerstone of camaraderie and friendly competition within the industry. Over 800 attendees and participants filled the coliseum, creating an electrifying atmosphere as the games began.

The opening day commenced with a vibrant parade of teams, showcasing the pride and enthusiasm of each participating company. This was followed by a thrilling Power Chant Competition, where teams displayed their creativity and team spirit. The winners were:

The excitement continued with the Miss CVL 2025 Muse Competition, where muses representing each company took the stage to introduce their teams. The top three muses were:
